In October 2023, SEUM provided legal advice to Daekyo D&S, a golf and leisure operation company of Daekyo Group, for the acquisition of MEMER.D, a leading sports venue reservation platform startup. Daekyo D&S stated that this acquisition enables them to strengthen their leisure culture platform, saying, "The acquisition of MEMER.D allows us to enhance our leisure culture platform," and added, "We will provide a comprehensive sports platform service to customers using Daekyo Group's leisure culture services and expand our direct management of sports venues".
