SEUM advised Open Research Inc., an AI search startup, in securing a KRW 10 billion seed investment, led by LB Investment, Mirae Asset Capital, and Mirae Asset Venture Investment, with BonAngels Venture Partners as a co-investor.

Founded in July 2024, Open Research aims to develop an innovative AI search service that streamlines web search processes and delivers precise, real-time answers through advanced models and algorithms. A closed beta test (CBT) is planned soon.

Open Research stated that the investment will accelerate its technological vision and commercialization of next-generation AI search services. SEUM’s expertise in AI and investment advisory facilitated the smooth execution of this funding round.
