In November 2025, SEUM provided legal advisory services to Naver Cloud Corporation ("Naver Cloud"), a comprehensive cloud platform provider, in connection with its acquisition of equity in CENACLE Inc. ("Cenacle"), a company building a digital health platform connecting hospitals and individuals. Through this investment, Team Naver became Cenacle's largest shareholder. 

Founded in 2018, Cenacle offers "OrmChart," a cloud-based EMR (Electronic Medical Record) service for primary care institutions, and "Cle," a health management application for patients, targeting medical specialties such as internal medicine, otolaryngology, and pediatrics. Cenacle's technological capabilities have been recognized through its selection as one of the "World's Best Healthtech Companies of 2025" by TIME magazine and global data research firm Statista. 

In addition to its investment in Cenacle, Team Naver has made successive investments in 2025 in JNPMEDI, a leading Korean clinical trial platform company, and InBody, the global No. 1 company in body composition analysis, strengthening its collaborations aimed at advancing its healthcare platform, integrating AI and data technologies, and expanding globally.
