In October 2025, SEUM Law Firm ("SEUM") provided legal advisory services to LG Electronics Inc. ("LG Electronics") in connection with its strategic investment in Apartmentary Co., Ltd. ("Apartmentary"), a premium apartment interior design company.

This investment marks Apartmentary's first new funding since its Series C round in 2022. Building on LG Electronics' strategic investment, the two companies plan to begin full-scale collaboration on developing next-generation residential solutions.

Founded in 2015, Apartmentary is a leading company in the apartment interior market, offering an integrated residential service model. The company's revenue grew from KRW 900 million in its first year to KRW 64.5 billion last year, and it now handles approximately 500 projects annually, establishing itself as Korea's No. 1 interior service company.

Building on this investment, LG Electronics and Apartmentary plan to introduce "Immersive Home," an immersive residential solution that integrates home appliances and IoT technology from the interior planning stage. The two companies also aim to significantly enhance customers' interior experience by packaging Apartmentary's kitchen brand "ARCKIT" together with LG Electronics' kitchen appliances.

An LG Electronics official said home renovation services and home appliances are closely interconnected areas of daily life around the world, adding that this investment marks an important step for the two companies to jointly build services that deliver greater value to customers under a shared long-term vision. Apartmentary's co-CEOs said that together with LG Electronics, the No. 1 home appliance brand in major global markets including North America, Apartmentary aims to offer a new, trusted residential experience to customers around the world.
