SEUM advised Wishket, an online outsourcing platform company, with respect to its recent KRW 3 billion funding round which included investments from Smilegate Investment, Mega Investment, IBK Capital, CREVISSE Partners and LIME Asset Management.  The financing closed around October 2018.

Wishket operates an online platform for freelancers, primarily software engineers and web developers, to connect with companies that are hiring contractors for various projects.  Wishket is popular for providing secure transactions through its payment protection system.  As of December 2018, approximately 10,000 companies and 15,000 IT experts were active on Wishket, and companies ranging from large corporations to early stage startups have commissioned a total of 2,500 projects through the platform.  The companies using Wishket’s services include LVMH, Samsung Electronics and Hyundai Motor Company.
