Hoseok Jung, managing partner at SEUM, will participate as a lecturer at the “KITA X MOJ Business Law Seminar”, which will be held at 10 am on Friday, April 21, 2023. This event will be held both offline and online, and the online lecture will be transmitted live on the Youtube channel “Startup Branch”.

“Startup Branch” is part of the startup scale-up project by the Korea International Trade Association. It was opened in 2019 on the second floor of the COEX Exhibition Hall in Samseong-dong. Its main activities are to provide concentrated support for promising startups through KITA’s international network and provides various support functions such as: (i) open innovation; (ii) testbed (PcC) support; (iii) overseas expansion vouchers for startups; (iv) professional consulting services on legal/patents/engineering; (v) production of IR videos; and (vi) matching applicants with overseas distributors.

The Startup Branch also holds regular “Starup Branch Office Hour”, providing diverse contents on startup management, legal consultation, sharing overseas expansion know-how, and increasing work productivity. Many of SEUM’s professionals are actively involved as its partner in the legal sector.

SEUM’s Hoseok Jung is scheduled to give a lecture on “conversion to overseas corporation (flip)” in the seminar to be hosted in April 2023 as part of Startup Branch Office Hour. Applications for attendance can be made at KITA’s website(Link).
