SEUM Law (“SEUM”) has secured the 2nd position in the Bloomberg M&A League Table for the first half of 2024, based on the number of deals handled. In the first half of 2024, SEUM represented various startups including Wrtn Technologies, Furiosa AI, and Dwhale, as well as global investors like 500 Global, Hashed, and Delivery Hero Ventures, undertaking a wide range of investment and M&A transactions.

Despite the advisory market remaining "still cold," as some describe, and showing a downturn in the first half of 2024, the overall market size was halved compared to the first half of 2023. However, market liquidity is expected to improve slightly in the second half of the year.

SEUM also achieved impressive results in other M&A league tables, ranking 8th in The Bell and Yonhap Infomax, and 10th in Korea Economic Daily Market Insight (based on cumulative, completed, and combined data), further demonstrating its strong performance beyond Bloomberg.

SEUM is the only law firm registered as the "M&A Support Center for SMEs and Startups," designated by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, and is making various efforts to promote M&A activities among small and medium-sized enterprises.
