In October 2024, SEUM Law (hereinafter 'SEUM') welcomed 'Foreign Attorney Jihoon Jaewoo Sung'.

Jaewoo Sung graduated from Tenafly High School in New Jersey, USA. He began his undergraduate studies at Villanova University, completing up to his sophomore year, before transferring to Handong Global University, where he earned his LL.B. He went on to complete his J.D. at the Handong International Law School and an LL.M. at Regent University School of Law. Jaewoo is licensed to practice law in the state of New York, USA.

At SEUM, Jaewoo will focus on advising startups, IT companies, and multinational corporations on matters such as cross-border investments, M&A transactions, and venture capital/private equity fund deals.
