SEUM Law(hereinafter 'SEUM') has been appointed as legal counsel to Korea Venture Investment Corp.(KVIC) as of Thursday, March 27, 2025.

KVIC is a leading global fund-of-funds manager established to drive innovation in Korea’s venture investment ecosystem and contribute to the nation’s long-term economic development. As the operator of the Korea Fund of Funds, Regional Innovation Venture Funds, and other flagship programs, KVIC plays a pivotal role in fostering high-growth startups and SMEs through initiatives such as the Job Matching Fund (targeting companies with strong job creation potential) and the R&D Matching Fund (supporting the commercialization of high-tech innovation).

SEUM will serve as KVIC’s legal advisor for a two-year term from 2025 through 2027, providing legal counsel tailored to KVIC’s investment activities and fund operations. Backed by SEUM’s extensive experience and recognized expertise in investment and M&A advisory, the firm is committed to delivering highly specialized legal support that ensures the seamless execution of KVIC’s strategic initiatives.
