SEUM Among Top Firms in 2018 M&A League Tables for Korea
SEUM joined other top law firms in the 2018 M&A league tables for Korea published by Bloomberg and The Bell (a leading media platform in Korea). SEUM ranked 6th in Bloomberg’s 2018 M&A League Table for South Korea Announced Deals (by deal count) and 5th in the Bell’s 2018 League Table for Korea Merger Transactions (completed).
“We are extremely excited to join the ranks of other leading firms in Korea that do M&A advisory work,” said managing partner Hoseok Jung. “As part of our commitment to the development of the startup ecosystem in Korea, we continue to do many smaller or mid-sized M&A deals that do not necessarily qualify for inclusion in certain league tables, and we believe the double digit increase in our aggregate deal volume compared to the same period last year indicates that clients are increasingly looking to SEUM for this type of work.”
