This guide provides the international practitioner and in-house counsel with a comprehensive worldwide legal analysis of product liability laws and regulations.

Published by UK-based Global Legal Group, the ICLG series provides current and practical comparative legal information on a range of practice areas.  The comprehensive guides follow a question and answer format to ensure thorough coverage of each topic within different legal systems worldwide. Each guide draws together the collective expertise of contributors to provide a valuable and convenient resource, updated annually, to keep abreast of law and policy globally.  The guides are distributed all over the world to law firms, in-house counsel and government agencies.
